Hello! So, the school holidays are very nearly over! The kids school have a training day today, but then we’re back tomorrow! Actually, we’ve had a great holiday. As my kids get older, it does get easier, which is great. Today on the blog I have a fab project I hope you’re going to love! It’s a Gift Bag with Card Hanger. The card is a cute Baby card made using the Stampin’ Up! Window Box Thinlits & Bookcase Builder stamp set. And I made you a video tutorial, so you can make it too!
WINDOW BOX BABY CARD!
Aah, isn’t it so cute?! I love it! The idea of turning the Window Box into a boat was shared at OnStage last November and I loved it! I thought it would be super fun to translate the idea onto a card and gift for a Baby. And it just so happens that a friend of mine is due a baby boy any day now!
GIFT BAG & CARD HANGER!
I want to create a gift bag to match my card. I played around with a few ideas when it struck me that a card hanger for this bag would be perfect. And a new technique for me to share with you too.

So, what did you think? Do you think the Card Hanger is a good idea? And how about that baby card? What colours would you create it in? And who for? I’d love to hear your thoughts, please leave me a comment and let me know.
To make the larger Gift Bag, I have this video from a couple of years ago which shows you how. Today’s bag was made from two pieces of 12″ x 12″ cardstock in Crumb Cake:
