Hi! Thanks for stopping by today. Are you shopping in the Black Friday deals today? What bargains are you hoping to grab? Do you now make serious inroads into your Christmas shopping? I’ve really put a dent in mine this week, and have even started on the wrapping, so I’m feeling ahead of the game just now. All that could change though! But in spite of all the festivities, I’m still drawn to start creating with my Stampin’ Up! Spring/Summer goodies!
Before I get too seasonally overwhelmed, of course – I made this card using the new Stampin’ Up! Balloon Adventures stamp set (sneak peek alert!) and thought it a great fit for this weeks Global Design Project challenge:
The stamp set has the word ‘Adventure’ in the name, so that counts, right? Good, just checking!
This is pretty quick and easy card. I used the colour scheme from a new suite coming in the Stampin’ Up! Spring/Summer catalogue – Party Animal. I stamped the balloons in Crushed Curry and Tangerine Tango, and then layered them with the alternative colour balloon die cut from the co-coordinating Thinlits set.
Balloon strings are stamped directly on to the white panel, and a sentiment from the set added over the top. The panel is then layered onto an Emerald card base.
GET YOUR HANDS ON THE NEW GOODIES NOW!
You’ll need a wait a little longer to get your hands on this new stamp set….or will you? If you join Stampin’ Up! from December 1st, you can add items from the new Spring/Summer catalogue into your Starter Kit! How amazing is that? If you’d like to discuss more about how to purchase the Starter Kit, get in touch and we can have a chat about it. Once you’ve joined, you will receive discount on ALL your further purchases plus you can earn Host Rewards too! It’s truly a win-win.
If you’d prefer just to purchase all your Stampin’ Up! goodies through me, then why not request your Stampin’ Up! Spring/Summer catalogue now, and I’ll send it out to you as soon as I get them. You can then spend the Christmas break browsing and planning your wish list!
You’re going to love it – I promise!
I’ll be back tomorrow with the Saturday Colour Inspiration – and that’s not Christmassy either!
