Welcome to the Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop! We are 20 Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world chosen to share our creativity with you. Be prepared to WOW’d as we share our very best Christmas ideas with you in the November hop focusing on packaging and tags!
I’ve created 3 packaging and tag ideas that I hope you’ll love!
First up, The Gift Box!
This box and lid were created using my Stampin’ Up! Envelope Punch Board. The base is from Cherry Cobbler card, whilst the top is made using the Fancy Frost Specialty DSP.
I’ve then used the Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Tags Framelits and die cut one using Partial Die Cutting to get a double ended tag. I’ve threaded this with Emerald Envy ribbon and layered my sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Here’s To Cheers set using die cut ovals. (Had I had them in time, I would probably have used my Stitched Shapes Framelits for these layers.)
Perfect for filling with your favourite Christmas treat!
Next – The Gift Bag!
For this treat bag, I’ve used one of the new large Gussetted Cellophane Bags. I’ve lined the base and back with a piece of Cherry Cobbler card to give the bag a bit more structure. Next, I’ve created a bag topper using THIS TUTORIAL for the top of the bag from Fancy Frost DSP. The bag is finished with a cute tag created using the Cheerful Tag Framelits.
Finally – The Tags!
I love this way of creating tags using the Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Tags Framelits. This is actually the bottle tag die, from which I have removed the bit that goes over the bottle. Next, I’ve die cut one of the little tags in the set, and added this to the remaining bottle tag to create a hanging twine element. Finally, I’ve added layers of sentiment using the Here’s To Cheers stamp set. The bag actually contains 8 tags inside a small gussetted cellophane bag and again wrapped with the Fancy Frost DSP.
